Know your Quality in Real Time

UC Connect gives users greater visibility into what’s happening during an active call with the Call Quality Indicator.

The Desktop client can now provide live visibility into:

• Jitter
• Latency
• Packet loss

Instead of wondering why a call may sound distorted, delayed, or interrupted, users can now see key network performance indicators while they’re on the call.

The Call Quality Indicator is currently available in the UC Connect Desktop client, with mobile availability planned by the end of the year.

Speed Dials are Here

Create quick-access contacts for the people you call most and keep frequently used numbers just a click away.

With customized Speed Dials, you can:

• Quickly contact frequently called contacts
• Create and manage your own Speed Dials
• Customize Speed Dials with colors
• Organize your most important contacts for faster access

It’s a simple feature, but one that can make a big difference for users who spend their day making calls.

Sign in with Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 Single Sign-On (SSO) is now available with UC Connect.

Users can sign in to UC Connect using their existing Microsoft credentials, giving them one less password to remember and another simple way to access their communications platform.

Microsoft SSO is now available across:

• UC Connect Web
• UC Connect Desktop
• UC Connect Mobile App

And there’s more. Microsoft contacts can now be imported directly into UC Connect, making it easier to find and communicate with the people you already work with.

This has been one of the most requested enhancements from our customers, and we’re excited to make it available.
